Directors
Marty Pearce, MPH
Marty is a Public Health Epidemiologist with experience in disease surveillance, immunization and adverse events reporting. He has practiced in Environmental Health and Communicable Disease Management across all Canadian jurisdictions He holds a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Microbiology, and a Diploma of Technology (Environmental Health) and Certificate of Public Health Inspection Canada.
Marty has been involved in several national outbreak investigations and has extensive Public Health project management experience. His peer-reviewed publications range from outbreak investigation reports to internationally recognized health surveillance studies on the effects of biological pesticides. He is currently the Subject Matter Expert for the Outbreak and Communicable Disease Management function of Panorama and the project manager and consulting epidemiologist for the National Diabetes Surveillance System in BC.
Marty is a Director of ACG and, with his business partner Tracy Forbes, helped to found ACG Ltd. They continue to jointly provide leadership and vision.
Tracy Forbes, BComm, PMP®
Tracy is a Director of ACG which she helped to found with her business partner Marty Pearce. Together they continue to jointly provide leadership and vision.
She is a Project Manager with over 20 years of management, business analysis, and technology development experience. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in e-Business, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has participated in delivering projects at the regional, provincial and pan-Canadian levels.
Specializing in Public Health, Tracy worked in regional Public Health at the local level for more than seven years, and Public Health information technology for 17 years. She is experienced in the design, development, and implementation of Web applications and is proficient in the design and development of database management systems, with proven skills in facilitating and supporting all aspects of the system development life cycle.
Tracy has helped to implement public health information systems across BC, Canada and in the Bahamas. She is currently a Public Health Subject Matter Expert and designated Super User for Panorama, Project Director for the BC Corrections Inmate Health information system, and Project Director for the Bahamas, NWT and National iPHIS Help Desks.
