Leah Gravelle
Leah has been providing user support and system maintenance for the Primary Assessment and Care System for the BC Corrections Branch. She has used her skills to investigate and solve issues in a timely manner and report her findings back to the users. She was a key support in UAT training sessions facilitated at the Correctional Centres. She also worked with ACG on the Bahamas National Public Health Information Systems Help Desk.
Landon Cunningham, BSc.
Landon has a Bachelor of Science, with a combined Major in Health Informatics and Computer Science and a Minor in Business.
Landon handles analysis and optimization of ACG’s business operations. His background in business and health technology allows him understand the many facets of ACG’s operations.
Melanie Dell'Oca
Melanie has provided QA testing support for Panorama (the Pan-Canadian Electronic Public Health Surveillance system) release 2 and 3. In addition to providing user support and user acceptance testing for the Primary Assessment and Care (PAC) System for the BC Corrections Branch, she has also updated PAC Online Help modules. She is currently creating process flows and scenarios for the Panorama Family Health module
Beth Camp, BA, Dip. Systems Technology
Beth is a Business Analyst with more than eight years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, documentation, training and mentoring. She is skilled at technical documentation, help desk analysis and support, data conversion, UAT preparation and monitoring. She is experienced at project management, requirements gathering, and systems analysis and design.
Kyle Robinson, Dip. Systems Technology
Kyle is a Business Analyst with ten years of experience in Information Systems design, analysis, development and quality assurance. During his career he has developed and maintained systems using POSSE/Earthwon, Java, JSP, ASP.NET, SQL Server and Oracle. Kyle is known for delivering top-quality systems and has a natural ability for finding business and technical defects in systems. He worked with ACG on the Panorama project, and with various government ministries as Team Lead and Senior Designer. He was Lead Designer and Business Analyst for the design and build of a system to replace the existing Powerhouse system (AIMS) at BC’s Industry Training Authority.
Scott Girvan, BA, Dip. Systems Technology
Scott is a senior level Oracle Developer with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Diploma of Computer Systems Technology. With more than ten years of experience in various aspects of Information System design, development, implementation and maintenance, Scott has broad knowledge of system and application support, requirements gathering, data conversion, application design and development using Oracle and Microsoft tools. His extensive experience includes Systems Administrator/ Technical Support with ACG’s Public Health Agency of Canada and IBM projects.
Jeanne Murphy, Book Keeper
Jeanne brings more than 20 years of administrative experience in the public and private sector to her role as Bookkeeper at ACG. She is skilled in committee support and record keeping, bookkeeping, document management and desktop publishing.
