This includes the original product strategies, pilots, and migration to a provincial rollout and then conversion to iPHIS. ACG also ensured a sound governance process is in place that would promote field and regional user input and management. They managed the project, coordinated and delivered user training to more than 2,000 users, completed complex data conversions and implemented a Public Health change management process. ACG now provides ongoing level 2 support for the province (and level 3 for Health Canada). The province would simply not have
